In a recent ICCA/IMEX association survey on safety and security issues within the association community we found a staggering amount of associations have not updated their crisis management standard operating procedures yet many new threats have surfaced over the past year. Join our interactive crisis management and duty of care awareness session to find out more about the survey and how to update your crisis management SOPs. The session will include highlights from the re-launched 'ICCA Crisis Management Guidelines' , downloaded by ICCA Association members over 1500+ times in the last two years. A presentation on duty of care learning, a group workshop exercise, feedback from the ICCA members survey on Crisis Management priorities now and in the future, an open Q&A session with moderators with direct experience of resolving major crisis incidents for companies and corporations involved in the travel industry.

1) Increased knowledge of crisis management, duty of care and best practice best practice solutions.
2) Expanded knowledge and links to additional crisis management and duty of care resources.

The evening function is open to exhibitors who are members of one of the organising associations (ICCA, AIPC, IAPCO, DMAI, IAEE, PCMA, ESAE, IACC and ASAE: The Center for Association Leadership). Due to the popularity of the event, a maximum of 2 people per company may register. Registration is free of charge and will be available through the associations.
